Hello, dear friend!

How are you living in accompaniment with others? How have you been a hopeful, faith-driven voice for yourself, as well those you care about?

I want to hear your stories, and here is where you can begin the conversation with me!

COMPASSION
ADVOCATE

I call myself a compassion advocate because I have a deep sense of caring—for myself, my loved ones, my community and our world.

Through that role, I have borne witness to hardship and healing, which have allowed me to summon a much stronger hope-filled voice than I ever imagined.

I want to know your story of being compassion advocate and what you learned about your voice. (Read more about the compassion advocate here.)

THRIVER

I call myself a thriver because I want to flourish. For me, when I have faced difficult circumstances, I didn’t want to just survive. I wanted to love my way through. I wanted to find deeper meaning and connection.

How have you flourished, even through trying times? How have you transformed suffering into connection and meaning?

STORYTELLER

I call myself a storyteller because that’s how, together, we create meaning and connection. It’s how we find solace, and it’s how we regain the sense of our lives being filled with the playful and the enchanted.

Please send me your story about how you have replenished your life. You may want to take a virtual walk through my healing garden on this website. Each week, I’ll be posting a new feature on this site and my social media for us to explore together.

These words may have tapped stories in your heart, or the walk through the virtual garden may have brought forth stories you have been yearning to tell.

I invite you to share your story below.

My mission is life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.
