Welcome to my garden. I’m Peggy Fiedler, and I’m a compassion advocate, cancer thriver and storyteller. Today I’d like to talk about the tulip.
The exquisite, perfectly sculpted blooms of the tulip are the purest expression of love. A spring garden blooming with tulips is a vast array of luscious colors. They are the masterpieces of the garden.
I can’t help but want to display tulips as cut flowers in vases all through my home. When I walk through the rooms of my home, gazing at the tulips, I am in my element, because they represent the ultimate in hospitality. They awaken my natural love of music, flowers and design, lighting the room with beauty. Harmony fills every corner of my home.
The tulip has a numerical expression of six. Personalities with a six are the embodiment of the heart. They are a powerful force radiating understanding, compassion and empathy. They emanate warmth, fairness, responsibility, gratitude and conscientious action. They use heart and soul to be of service to others.
A six is a beacon of hope and unconditional love. As nurturing personalities, they can see and accept the infinite shades of gray in between. This makes sixes supportive friends and lovers with many rich relationships throughout their lives. Sixes truly listen and seek to understand so they can direct compassion and healing where it is needed most.
This week, cultivate the art of being a friend. Be the shoulder someone needs to lean on. Be that kind, soft presence. When you speak, offer heartfelt advice. Be the one who speaks up for those who have a silenced voice.
